Ang Mahiwagang Lata ni Lady Gagita

I was wondering if this was sponsored by Lactum or are they just trying to get themselves noticed by advertisers. What do you think? I love Haronce's famous hand gesture, though. Funnee!!!

Lavish Lashes Studio Promo

Last month, I joined an online promo that StyleBible.ph had. They actually had several online contests that time and I think I entered all of it. I just checked on my email earlier and found out that I had won one of the promos that they had. It's for the .. uhm .. Lavish Lashes Studio Promo. What the hell am I supposed to do with P1000 worth of GCs when the last thing I would worry about is my lashes?! I was really hoping to win something I could benefit from like the Liposmash - Aesthetic Science Promo where they gave away P5800 worth of GCs for Liposmash - Aesthetic Science. Anyway, winning the P1000 GC from Lavish Lashes Studio is so much better than not winning anything at all. I think I will just give them to my sisters (who also don't care about their lashes at all!). Thanks so much, Stylebible.ph! Hope to win the next promos! Mwah! Hopefully, I get to take home the nail care kits from Cutex! Lol! If I win the Kira Plastinina Promo which is worth P10,000 (WoW!), I won't ever complain!

The Biggest Loser Pinoy Edition July 9, 2010

So now that you know that I am over 250lbs, there's no point to not share the videos I took during the The Biggest Loser Pinoy Edition Auditions held last Friday, July 9, 2010 at the Pinoy Big Brother Activity Area near the ABS-CBN compound. It was very tiring, hot, sweaty, smelly and sticky since there were hundreds of other blobs and lard bags around (including moi). My friends and I got there at about quarter to seven in the morning and the line was already a mile long. It's still a good thing to get up early because I was #0129. The sad part was that there were some fat ass girls who didn't weigh more than 180lbs and some fat ass boys tried to push their luck even if they were below 240lbs. FAT CHANCE!!! HAHAHAHA!!! Anyway, they started calling out the participants in numerical order and they got groups of 10 to do the VTR together at one time. Finally, 2pm struck and we were all tired, sweaty, smelly and hungry. That was also when #0120 - #0130 were called for our turn. Unfortunately, I didn't make the cut because I think my personality was much too strong for them to choose. Mega-english galore and everything! Overflowing with confidence and all that. Ending.. T.Y.G.! My Gosh! Thank you girl! Hahahaha!!! They chose #0127 and 0130. They skipped me. Was I not fat enough after I downed 6 pieces of House of Siomai (bought at the MRT Quezon Ave. Station on the way to the PBB Activity Area), 2 Karimans and 2 bottles of Gatorade from a nearby Ministop? Anyway, I really don't know if I should be happy that I didn't make the cut because (I think) they didn't think I was fat enough or should I be sad because I wasn't fat enough to make it in. Or should I just face the reality that they are really looking for younger ones they can still corrupt and exploit? Those who have more face value, perhaps? Or am I just bitter? I guess. Hahaha!!! So after all that effort, I am still someone on the outside, looking in.

Forever 21 Opens at Megamall

My friend and I went to Megamall today because it was soooo hot to stay at home so we decided to get some A/C at the mall and to pay some bills. As we were headed to the food court to look for food, we noticed a swarm of people flocking over an event happening at the 2nd level of Mega A where Cinderella was. It turned out that Forever 21 has taken over the huge space that Cinderella had left and in my opinion, the huge shop will definitely make it bigger and better this time because it was well-planned out. They even had catering service, ribbons, a lot of flowers, uniformed food servers, a guest list, some buff bouncers and all that drama. From the outside where I was (with all the onlookers), things looked really good on the inside. I suppose only VIPs, bloggers and the media were invited to the event (Okay.. so I didn't get an invite that's why I got inspired to create this new blog page aside from my original!). I wasn't so sure about who the guy with the microphone was but his voice was resounding all over the venue. And yes, everybody could hear his ugly voice as if he was chewing on something while talking over the microphone. I thought it was really funny because if that's how fashion sounds like, he can have it all to himself. Anyway, everything else was great. I even saw Bobby Yan looking at the dummies (No, not us!) or should I say mannequins donning some fab clothes. I'm not sure what he bought because just like what I have said earlier, we were nothing but pathetic onlookers on the outside looking in.
